Important Information
Coaching is for those who're genuinely ready to commit themselves to advancing their physiques.
What's included:
- A structured diet tailored toward you and your food preferences, including the quantity (in grams) of each macronutrient source of each meal and a breakdown of the macronutrient content of each meal
- A detailed training plan tailored to your availability and specific goals
- Weekly video call check ins to assess your progress, training performance, any concerns or questions you may have, etc.
- WhatsApp communication
- Provided access to a shared progress tracking sheet to help keep you on track and accountable

To purchase a coaching package
1. First, select an 8 or 12 week coaching commitment period (for longer length periods, please contact me at info@joelkellett.com).
2. Then, complete the questionnaire below. An image upload is not required, but does help me significantly to gauge your current muscularity and body fat percentage.
3. Finally, click the button below the questionnaire to schedule your first video call check in and pay. You will be taken to the checkout once you confirm the date and time of your first video call check in.
Once your purchase is finalised, you will receive a confirmation email, as well as an email containing a google meet link.
Note: Your first video call check in date will be the commencement date of your coaching.

Following your purchase, prior to your first video call check in, I will write up a diet and training program tailored to you and your goals that I will forward to the email you provide at checkout before (or during the time of) the first video call check in.
We can discuss the plan further and address any questions you may have during your first video call check in.
Alternatively, you can email me at info@joelkellett.com following your purchase if you have any immediate concerns or questions.
